Jan dries has taken the Hays Diet to the next level of incorporating it into the lives of everyone who wants to eat well and feel better. This book is the best book on food combining that I have read to date. Jan Dries makes food combining easy and understandable for anyone who is fortunate enough to read this book. I was able to see and follow the process of digestion with diagrams that were as simple as any I have seen in a book of this kind. It was succinct and to the point not a drawn out treatise on the subject. Would recommend this book highly to anyone interested in food combining or curious about the subject.
